Avocado Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp : Oregano
- 1 : Ripe diced Avocado
- 2 Tbsp : Fresh coriander
- 1 : Clove chopped garlic
- ½ tsp : Chilli flakes
- ½ tsp : Salt
- 1 tbsp : Finely chopped black olives
- 1 tbsp : Fresh lemon juice

In a mixie jar, add oregano, chili flakes and all the ingredients except black olives blend in a smooth paste
Step 3
Remove from the mixie jar to the bowl. Now add finely chopped black olives and mix in the spread. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and an olive ring.
Step 4
Use for toast bread, sandwich or as a dip. Enjoy Yummy Avocado Spread.
